What is your blood pressure threshold to hold an ESA for patients with ESKD, anemia, and hypertension?

I will hold ESA for BP 170 or higher.

If they are very hypertensive, I don't give ESAs until their blood pressure is controlled as long as hemoglobin is over 10 g/dL.
