What is your follow-up protocol with the light adjustable lenses?

We wait 3-4 weeks for the first adjustment and then proceed to Q1 Week until the process is complete. We do not hesitate to delay treatments when needed - if a refraction is inconsistent, corneal edema, CME, OSD, etc.
We would see the patient the very next day after surgery, 2 weeks after surgery for a careful refraction, and then weekly visits to confirm the stability of the refraction and consider light treatments until the final lock-in treatment. Patients with more complex refractive histories (LASIK, RK, etc...
