What is your institutional protocol for an incidental finding of an adnexal cyst on CT simulation for cervical cancer?
Could EBRT lead to rupture of the cyst?

It is not common to have this finding. A combination of PET CT and MRI confirms the benign etiology of these cysts and can be ignored for cervical cancer management.

Agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last. Should these cysts be large enough to distort the anatomy and limit the radiation planning, I will consider removing them. However, rarely is this needed as their cystic nature generally lends itself to not cause problems with other organ mobility.
