I've often done 35Gy/5fx for lesions 2cm or less, usually 6MeV prescribed to 90% with 5mm of bolus. I've been very pleased with the cosmetic results and patients appreciate being finished in a week.

Yes - typically though I'm using 6e electrons prescribed to 90% with 5mm bolus. I did notice this regimen is no longer listed in NCCN.
