Would you consider a third course of radiation in a patient with a WHO 3 astrocytoma who has previously received a fractionated course followed by fSRS many years later?
If the initial radiation was numerous years ago but the second course was just a couple years ago, would you offer a third course of radiation? If yes, dose and fractionation?
