How would you treat a subcutaneous metastatic atypical carcinoid tumor?

Initially a thymic tumor now metastatic to the chest wall. What would you radiation treatment volume and dose be? Is there was extensive LVSI and focal skeletal involvement, what margin would you add? Would you offer concurrent chemo?

If it is solitary, one can excise it also for local control.
