This is an excellent question and important because every MSK concern needs some form of exercise intervention for maximum benefit/recovery. In some (most?) I would recommend that all primary care providers purchase a copy of “The Sports Medicine Patient Advisor” by Pierre Rozier (now 3rd edition).
