What is your approach to using telehealth for newly diagnosed end-stage kidney disease patients starting peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis after the initial in-person period?

• Switch from in-person to telehealth visit after 3-4 months if the patient is stable
• Offer in-person visits only; I’m not comfortable with telehealth visits
• Use a hybrid approach with a combination of in-person and telehealth visits
• Start telehealth visits immediately if that is the patient’s preference
