Other than Dr. @Dr. First Last's comprehensive answer, there's also some evidence-based for using terazosin, which I've had success using with my patients.

I agree with using terazosin in such a situation. It’s excellent, although it’s hard to know whether to pronounce it with the accent on the A or on the ZO. :-)
