It is important to counsel regarding the prophylactic use of steroid mouth rinse and good oral care to mitigate and prevent stomatitis. Fortunately, ILD is very uncommon. Ocular toxicity, such as dry eye, is generally low grade, and using eye drops for lubrication is often helpful.
