I really like microneedling with or without PRP. It’s a poor man’s resurfacing with 3-5 treatments, but little downtime and much more affordable for our younger patients.

Shallow atrophic scars can improve with dermal fillers.
I have achieved good results using Radiesse (calcium hydroxyapatite) diluted 1:1 or greater with saline, repeated in some 3 to 6 months. Diluted Radiesse stimulates neocollagenesis.
