What treatment fields and dose do you use in the treatment of postoperative angiosarcoma of the scalp?
With the high rates of recurrence postoperatively with angiosarcomas of the scalp, adjuvant radiation is often recommended. What margins would you give around the scar/skin graft? Or would you recommend treating the entire scalp? What dose would you recommend postoperatively? Would positive or close margins change your dose recommendation?
