Do you treat just gross disease with margin or electively treat levels Ib-V? What if the patient is elderly and there is a pacemaker in level IV?

I'm not sure on the routine clinical need of radiating contralateral IB, or V if it's an isolated neck recurrence - depends on if you would've electively treated that if the patient had not had surgery.
