What treatment volumes and dose do you use for postoperative soft tissue sarcoma of the scalp with negative margins?

When is postoperative radiation indicated, even when negative margins are achieved, for soft tissue sarcoma of the scalp? How does skin graft/reconstruction affect radiation planning?
