What work-up and treatment do you recommend for exertional headaches?

Primary Exercise Headache Diagnostic Criteria per ICHD-3:

1. At least two headache episodes fulfill criteria B and C
2. Brought on by and occurring only during or after strenuous physical exercise
3. Lasting <48 hours
4. Not better accounted for by another ICHD-3 diagnosis
