What work up, if any, would you pursue for an incidentally found enlarged lymph node in an otherwise asymptomatic adult?

• Perform a complete ROS, family and medical history
• Order CBC, CMP
• Inquire about recent viral illnesses, vaccinations
• Perform a serial exam in 4-8 weeks
• Order an US of the node
• Order an US with FNA of the node
• Refer to general surgery for full nodal excision
• Order flow cytometry
• Provide reassurance and recommend follow up only if the size increases
