What would be your first line treatment for advanced HCC patients who have severe thrombocytopenia (plt < 50) and/or treated varices?

IMbrave150 study used plt count 75 or above as their inclusion criteria. Most of the TKI studies did at least the same (SHARP study used plt 60).
