When and how do you approach prescribing viloxazine for patients with ADHD?  

Have you ever prescribed it in patients already taking other psychiatric medications such as SSRIs, SNRIs, bupropion, or second-generation antipsychotics? How do you typically titrate it? How soon do you see clinical benefit? What informed consent points do you usually cover with the patient?
