When do you consider adding Repatha on in primary care?

• If their LDL goal isn't reached on maximally tolerated statin
• If their LDL goal isn't reached on maximally tolerated statin + Zetia
• If they cannot tolerate any statins and have an indication for lipid lowering therapy
• I prescribe it in all patients who need lipid lowering therapy for secondary prevention
• I have never prescribed this medication
