I see these patients in 2 groups, "cisplatin-ineligible" or "chemotherapy-ineligible”.

In the “cisplatin- ineligible” group one may consider a carboplatin-based regimen (carboplatin plus gemcitabine or carboplatin plus taxol) or atezolizumab.
