I have found that Caplyta has properties similar to quetiapine for sleep and mood irritability in a bipolar type patient with not as much weight gain insulation. I’ve given it to manic patients and had very little efficacy.

I have tried lumateperone for schizophrenia patients in clinical practice, and so far, I have not seen it to be effective. Placebo may work better than this.
