When do you recommend adjuvant radiotherapy for a resected oncocytic carcinoma of the submandibular gland?

Oncocytic carcinomas are rare, but known salivary gland entities. I agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last. The exact pathologic classification in these cases is less important than the indications for post-op RT in general.
