When is the best time to try targeted therapy in adult-type diffuse non-IDH glioma?

I have seen targeted therapies used (and studied) more often in the recurrent setting. However, there may also be some rationale for trying BRAF/MEK EGFR MET FGFR or other targeted therapies earlier in the disease course as well.
