When MGUS is suspected in a patient with one risk factor and no evidence of end-organ damage, what additional workup should be done, if any?  

Risk factors include: non-IgG subtype, abnormal serum light chain ratio, M-protein >=1.5 mg/dL.

Further work up could include imaging, bone marrow aspirate and biopsy, etc.
