When treating a patient with a high grade sarcoma in the post op setting, do I need to get full dose to the incision and drain site (assuming all margins negative)?

No, I would treat the incision and drain site with 45 Gy in 25 fractions using bolus only.

@Dian Wang is quicker than I am but agree 100%. One approach is to design your plan independent of the drain and incision sites (though mark them at simulation) and place TLDs at these sites (I usually do this for the first three fractions and obtain an average. For long incisions may act...
