When treating stage IV hodgkin’s lymphoma without liver involvement with AVD and brentuximab, if hepatic dysfunction occurs post cycle 1, is there good data on changing therapy to BEACOPP?
What would one do with cholestatic picture in setting of needing more chemotherapy and high bilirubin ?
