When would you consider additional imaging to look for May-Thurner syndrome in a younger female patient presenting with a new unprovoked left LE DVT?

For unprovoked proximal iliofemoral DVT in a young female, I would consider imaging with CT venography or MR venography, in the hopes of avoiding lifelong anticoagulation if there is an underlying web or compression that could be corrected with stenting.
