When would you use hormonal therapy for patients with recurrent grade 1, ER/PR+ endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma?

• First line for recurrent disease
• After failure of first line chemotherapy
• After failure of pembrolizumab +/- lenvatinib (pending MSI status)
• After failure of second or greater line chemotherapy
• After failure of other targeted therapy
• As a maintenance therapy
• I do not use hormone therapy in this setting
• Used in setting of poor performance status
• Other
