Which patients with resectable/borderline resectable pancreas adenocarcinoma are you offering perioperative PAXG Abraxane/cisplatin/capecitabine/gemcitabine?

Given its QOW IV dosing and metronomic capecitabine in the CASSANDRA trial, would you consider this in patients who aren't mFOLFIRINOX candidates or only in those who would have otherwise been mFOLFIRINOX candidates?
