With the recent BART, trial how would you manage a positive ureter margin that is now part of the urostomy?  

This is a T4N0 urothelial carcinoma that did not tolerate neoadjuvant chemotherapy with acute renal failure and was taken to surgery with a cystectomy, hysterectomy and a urostomy. The final path showed positive margins at the ureter. With the more recent data from the BART trial would you treat this patient and if so would you include the ureter and to what dose. Typically the area is an avoidance structure.
