Would you add a brachytheray boost to a locally advanced cervical cancer after surgical resection and pelvic RT?

What factors influence your decision? Does high grade histology or pathological stage play a role? If the patient received chemotherapy due to +LN, parametrial involvement or +margins, would that influence your decision for a brachytherapy boost?
