Would you add RNI to breast RT in a patient with cT1cN0 and ypT1cNmic dz ?
Workup included breast MR and PET-CT as she had bulky nodes on the right side at presentation.

For any persistent nodes after chemotherapy, I would add RNI. This micromet is not the same as micromets without chemo and reflects an incomplete response to chemo.
