Would you avoid combining JAK inhibitors with IVIG given the risk of thromboembolism?

I definitely agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last that, like many treatments in myositis, the combination of JAKi and IVIG may have potentially increased risk for thrombosis but this needs to be weighed against the risk factors and benefit for a particular patient.

Looking at the comments, I think there's no history of thrombosis or other underlying risks for it, I would feel comfortable using the JAK inhibitor with IVIG.

Have not used JAK inhibitors.
