Would you consider perioperative antifibrinolytics for mild factor 7 deficiency undergoing surgery?  

Factor 7 levels previously mildly low at 20-40%, but now normalized to >60%. No prior surgeries for comparison, but has a history of heavy menses.

Would you only use antifibrinolytics if factor 7 was low, or would you also consider its use with the history of low factor 7 levels despite current normal levels?
