Would you consider perioperative immunotherapy for a patient with locally advanced, resectable gastric cancer but not a candidate for chemotherapy?

On occasion, patients with locally advanced gastric cancer are poor candidates for FLOT-like chemotherapy. Should such patients be taken to surgery upfront or following a course of RT? Would a short course of perioperative immunotherapy be considered in this situation?
