Would you consider radiation therapy for a young patient with recurrent aneurysmal bone cyst of the mandible?

The patient is 3 months post excision, now with recurrent cystic growth and pain in the jaw. Further surgery would require segmental mandibulectomy. If so, what dose and volumes would you use?
