Yes, definitely.There are several case series showing a good response rate of weekly carbo (AUC2) and paclitaxel (60mg/m2) (one of several refs here). Yes, I would consider retrying a platinum in combination with another agent.
In particular, I have had good anecdotal success with cis/cytoxan in this population (especially with BRCA deleterious mutation).
