Would you consider using a checkpoint inhibitor with cisplatin/gemcitabine as first-line therapy in nasopharyngeal cancer extrapolating from the JUPITER-02 Trial?

Would there be equipoise in use of nivolumab or pembrolizumab? Do we have data regarding concurrent chemo/IO vs chemo>IO maintenance in advanced NPC, is the concurrent phase necessary?
