Would you continue serial PSMA PET scans after 2 negative scans for patients with a persistently rising PSA post-RT?
PSA > 2, and PSA doubling time < 1yr. Patient is resistant to ADT and did not tolerate the primary treatment. Would alternative PET imaging be recommended?
