Would you dose-escalate the radiation prescription for patients with radioresistance SNP's in ERCC1 or ERCC2?

The current practice does not require testing of ERCC1 or ERCC2 SNPs, so such data is not available for us in the clinic. I am not sure if I can order such a test in the practice and if the Health Insurance would cover such test.
