Would you forgo lumpectomy cavity boost for grade 1 papillary carcinoma with associated grade 1 DCIS that has been resected with good margins?

Rare subtype, appear to be treated the same as the DCIS - for a grade 1 or low grade invasive papillary carcinoma would you forgo the cavity boost (similar to for low grade DCIS with good margins)?
