Would you have any concerns about giving pelvic radiation in someone with a previous history of receipt of HIPEC?
Patient with h/o appendiceal carcinoma s/p surgery and HIPEC, now with endometrial cancer, IBG3, extensive LVSI, pNx, recommended for whole pelvic radiation.
No real data evaluating the safety of WPRT in this scenario on quick lit search.

I have done it a few times but important to know pelvic adhesions at the time of surgery to counsel better about the risk of SBO (pros vs. cons).

Yes, I would have great concern about it. Most likely, I would recommend chemotherapy alone unless there was a contraindication to that.
