Would you make any adjustments to the timing and delivery of chemoradiation for locally advanced lung cancer in a patient with lupus?

Is there any evidence to make changes in the timing of systemic therapy (i.e. concomitant, sequential or no chemotherapy)? Would your answer change for active vs. non-active lupus?
