Would you manage rapid onset obstructive laryngeal edema after layrnx RT differently in a COVID-19 + patient?

If a biopsy of the larynx is to be considered what are the concerns of such a biopsy done early versus delayed? Are there reports of SARS-CoV-2 causing laryngeal edema in a post XRT setting?
