Would you offer adjuvant radiation to a patient with a vaginal spindle cell sarcoma s/p modified radical hysterectomy with bilateral sapingoopherectomy with negative margins?

Final pathology showed grade 3 spindle cell sarcoma of thee vagina involving the anterior lateral cervix 5.6cm x 4.5 x 3.4cm, <0.1cm left lateral margin. No nodal sampling was performed. Would you consider EBRT to 45Gy + cuff brachy boost, or observe similar to a retroperitoneal sarcoma?

What type of surgery was done?

A rare disease, but with close margin at a location where the wider margin is difficult, I would favor adjuvant RT with EBRT plus brachy.
