Location: Plantar aspect of the foot 

Tumor factors: Endovascular papillary angioendothelioma (low grade)

Surgery: x 2. Initially R1 resection (excisional biopsy) then R0 with widely negative margins 

Tumor recurred 6 months following the R0 resection
