Would you perform screening for pulmonary hypertension in a patient who has biopsy-proven Sjogren's but has a centromere antibody?
If symptoms include only sicca and Raynaud's with no respiratory symptoms, would you still be concerned enough with the centromere antibody to screen as if they're on the systemic sclerosis spectrum?

In the big scheme of things, an Echo and PFT are easy to do to catch PAH early. Screening is also recommended in the Sjogren's treatment consensus published in 2021 (Lee et al., PMID 33075377).
