Would you radiate a multiply recurrent basal cell adenoma of the parotid?

Is there data to show efficacy of radiation in this situation? What dose/fractionation/volume?

Yes, after gross total resection with carcinoma doses.

I don't think there is any data for this. However, if it is multiply recurrent and surgery is no longer an option (which I find surprising), then one can consider radiation. I would treat this like a pleomorphic adenoma, no nodal coverage, minimum 60Gy.
