In the era of 3D imaging with CBCT, I don’t see we need fiducial marker routinely.

I prefer to have fiducial markers for prostate SBRT since it enables intrafraction motion monitoring with triggered KVs (we don't have an MR linac). We are using 22G needles to implant three intraprostatic fiducial markers on the same day of the sim with a very low rate of significant pain, bleeding...
