Would you recommend mycophenolate mofetil for patients with progressive IgA nephropathy who do not tolerate corticosteroids?

As far as I know, the success of MMF in treating IgA nephropathy was only reported in Chinese populations which is reflected in the KDIGO guidelines. For patients intolerant of steroids who cannot be enrolled in clinical trials, enteric steroids, and sparsentan have shown promise.
